Return and Refund Policy

At IMPERAX,  your satisfaction is our priority. We ofter a 14 day return policy after receiving your product if it has manufacturing defects or arrives damaged.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is difective, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@imperax.shop with a clear photo or video of the issue to arrange a free replacement or refund.

Conditions for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with the original tags, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first at our email to provide you with the authorized return address.
• The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations:

Due to our automated shipping system with suppliers cannot be canceled once processed.
